2. What We Collect

Enquiry and quote forms: name, company, phone, email, origin, destination, cargo, volume and preferred mode.
Partner / vendor registration: name, firm, phone, email, base location, vehicle types and count, preferred lanes.
Careers: the CV and details you email to us.
Customer portal (RCMS): login credentials and activity within the portal, provided under your service agreement.
Investor grievances: details you send to the Company Secretary.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected by our web server logs and any analytics tool in use.

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
To evaluate and empanel vendors and fleet partners
To consider job applications
To provide tracking and reporting to customers through RCMS
To handle shareholder queries and meet stock-exchange and SEBI obligations
To keep the website secure and understand how it is used

We use your data only for the purpose it was given for. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Legal Basis and Consent

Where you submit a form, you consent to our use of the details for that purpose. Where the law requires us to process data (for example, investor records under SEBI regulations or tax and transport documentation), we rely on that legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; we will then stop processing unless the law requires us to retain the data.

5. Sharing

We share personal data only with: our operations team and, where needed to serve a movement, the terminal, port, airport, railway, shipping line, airline, customs broker, overseas partner agent or transport partner involved; our IT and hosting providers under confidentiality obligations; our Registrar and Transfer Agent and stock exchanges for shareholder matters; and regulators or courts where required by law. We do not transfer personal data outside India except where a service provider hosts data abroad under adequate safeguards.

6. Third-Party Services

The Investors page displays share price data sourced from BSE. The Contact page embeds a Google Map, which may set cookies and collect technical data under Google's privacy policy. Links to BSE, SEBI SCORES, SMART ODR and LinkedIn take you to sites we do not control.

7. Cookies

This website uses only cookies that are necessary for it to work, plus any analytics cookies that may be added to understand traffic in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still function.

8. Retention

Enquiries and vendor registrations are kept for up to 24 months after last contact, or for the life of the business relationship if one follows. Customer and transport records are kept as long as required by contract, tax and transport law (generally 8 years). Job applications are kept for 12 months. Investor records are kept as required under the Companies Act and SEBI regulations. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.

9. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, ask us to erase it once the purpose is complete and no law requires retention, withdraw consent, and nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to the contact below; we will respond within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Security

We protect personal data with access controls, secure hosting and encrypted connections (HTTPS). Customer portal credentials must be kept confidential. In the event of a data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as required.

11. Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children.

12. Changes

We may revise this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
